Check out this house before we completed work on it.  In 2017 we completed an exterior remodel on this older home in Steubenville.  We installed a new 29 ga. metal roof in Rustic Red, new Gray HeartTech siding, and Wincore Windows.

Here are the pictures of the transformation:

After we installed new ProVia HeartTech Siding in Granite along with a new standing seam metal roof in Matte Black.

We feel project like these are what help us stand apart from other contractors.  We are the exterior expert, so our customers can come to one place and get the entire exterior of their home remodeled. Often, we sit down with people and they are dreaming of multiple things, but they don’t want to hire multiple contractors to get the job done.  We pride ourselves on helping homeowners take the dreams they’ve had for years and making them come true!

New Charcoal Roof in New Philadelphia, Ohio

charcoal shingle roof

This past year we did a new shingle roof for this loyal customer in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

We have worked with Mr. Everett over the years on a number of projects.  He owns residential and commercial rental properties, so he has taken advantage of our roofing, siding, and carpentry experience in a number of projects.

For this particular project, we tore off his existing roof and replaced it with a new GAF Timberline Shingle roofing system in Charcoal.  We say system because we truly look at each and every roof as a system.  Ventilation, insulations, protection barriers, and shingles all work together to ensure that each roof is dry and ready to last for years.
